A reminder that the next Away / FBOA meeting will take place on Saturday 1st March at 10am

In attendance will be Michaela who has agreed to take questions and will give updates to members on a variety of issues including

• Sleepers
• Street Lighting
• Swimming Pool
• Grounds
• Staffing
• Other Updates

In addition at 10am for approx 15 minutes (or longer if needed), Peter will give members updates on the 2023 audit and other financial matters including the service charges, amenity licence etc. 

Please note the following:
         •       The zoom link for the meeting is as follows: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/4279204865
•       The meeting will commence at 10am with the zoom room open from 0945am
•       Please DO NOT send apologies as only attendees will be noted
•       The meeting will be recorded and a link to watch the recording circulated afterwards (please note you will need to attend / watch the recording for a full record of the meeting)
•       You will need to provide your plot number when you attend
•       Only paid up members for 2025 will be admitted

• Michaela has agreed to answer all / any questions after she has done an introduction
• Please put your question(s) in the chat
• All questions will be covered providing they are placed in the chat during the meeting
• DO NOT send these in advance of the meeting (they wont be collated by the FBOA and and wont be put forward to Michaela)
• If You cannot attend the meeting please ask another member to put the questions on your behalf – to minimise admin the FBOA cannot collate these and if possible attendance at the meeting will ensure your questions are answered
