I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new General Manager of The Bay Filey. It is a privilege to be part of such a beautiful holiday park, set in a stunning location and supported by a fantastic team and a brilliant Owner base. I am confident that together, we will have a successful remainder of 2024 and many more great years ahead.

I would like to express my gratitude for your patience during the recent leadership changes at The Bay Filey. I understand that these transitions may have impacted your experience, but please rest assured that both the team and I are dedicated to enhancing your Owner experience. We are actively working on improving all aspects of our services and facilities.

I am eager to collaborate with you and the Filey Bay Owners Association. I will make use of the available communication channels and establish a regular rhythm to enhance our interactions and drive continuous improvements in your overall experience.

A little about me – I’m originally from Loughborough, Leicestershire, and have spent the past 13 years working on holiday parks throughout the UK. While I am not new to the Filey area, I welcome any recommendations you may have for beautiful trails and long walks.

I am looking forward to meeting as many Owners as possible. Please do not hesitate to say hello when you spot me around the park or during Owners’ events.
