Thank you for expressing an interest in joining the Filey Bay Owners' Association. If you don't know much about us please read about us here, or look at our constitution here. Please fill in the form below and we will contact you with further details.

Your property

Please tell us about the property (or properties) you own at The Bay. We'll use this to keep records of how many properties we represent. Having accurate information about the properties and members we represent gives us a stronger position when talking with Essential Vivendi.

Does your property have a name, for example 'Beachside Cottage'?
If you know it, please give us your plot number. Please note: your plot number is almost certainly not the number on your front door! If you don't know it just leave this empty.
Please give us the month and year on which you purchased this property
Did you buy this property as a new build, or was it pre-loved?
And, if you know it, also please give use the postal address and postcode of your property. For example: 1, Sunrise Drive, YO14 9GE

Other owners

Do you own your property/properties jointly with other people (for example your husband/wife, or a business partner)? If you'd like their details to be added or updated in our records please tick this box.

We send out updates on the work of the Association and issues that affect Owners - no more than about one email per week. Please tick this box to say that you happy for your personal data, including your name and email address, to be stored and processed in our email system. Your details will not be shared with any third parties or used for marketing purposes
Please state if you would be interested in being on the Owners' Association committee and also if you have any skills which could be of use to the group (e.g. accountancy, legal)

One last thing

In order to recognise and work as an association to meet the associations objectives, it may be necessary to share your data with Away Resorts and other regulated bodies (e.g. a property tribunal). FBOA will only share the following data with Away Resorts (or a third party):

  • Forename
  • Surname
  • Plot number

FBOA will only share your data for ensuring we meet our objectives namely 2.1 - 2.5 and to ensure that we can gain legal recognition as an association representing owners of properties on The Bay Filey. For the avoidance of doubt: to achieve recognition, we are obligated to share the names of the owners and plot numbers.

Also, to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation, we need your permission to store and process your membership information. Thank you.
