A reminder about the meeting in February – February 12th at 6:30pm
As part of your membership, Colin runs regular Q&A / member meetings and we are pleased to announce that the next one is on an evening to allow as many members as possible to attend.
The meeting will be held at 6:30pm on Monday 12th February. The agenda we have drafted will follow on the following key areas:
- Charges / Statements / Direct Debits – i.e. what has happened since the December statements and what are the options / implications for owners direct debits / catch up etc to the monthly fees
- Plans for 2024 – e.g. Capital expenditure / plans for the village
- Grounds and Site Update (Tom Snee will be attending as well)
- TV System / Street Lights – Update
- Away Pricing Strategy for short breaks
- Any other questions posed by members
As usual we will follow the following procedures
- Please do not send questions to the FBOA in advance of the meeting
- Any questions for Colin should be placed in the chat function in zoom
- The room will open at 6:15pm for members to join
- The meeting will be recorded and the recording link will be sent to all members after the meeting – these will serve as the minutes of the meeting
- When you join please place your plot number in the chat
- When you join the meeting please mute your microphone
