As was evidenced at the last FBOA meeting, the engagement with the FBOA by Away is really strong at the moment.
Going back to the “bad old days” of previous management the door to engagement and discussion was totally closed (well locked in reality). It is worth remembering that Away do not have to engage with the FBOA on anything other than the auditing of the service charge. However, with a more open door for feedback with the current management, we have acted on members concerns and have devised a brief survey about The Bay and its facilities.
This data as a summary (and not plot numbers) will be shared with Michaela and the Bay management to help secure investment into areas that are needed and where owners are most concerned as well as giving members the opportunity to feedback any positives.
Please complete the survey before the end of Friday 21st March (i.e. this week) and we will share a summary with members and Michaela over the weekend.
