update from Michaela

Street Lights

I am sorry for discontent and disappointment due to the persistent street lighting issue within the village, especially during the festive season. I want to assure you that I understand the importance of this issue, not just from an aesthetic perspective but more importantly for the safety and security it provides to our cherished owners and visitors.

Currently, the situation is with our central team, who alongside the resort team, have been actively obtaining quotes from several contractors to rectify the lighting faults. Your concerns along with the urgency around the issue have been communicated to them. I regret that I do not have a definitive timescale to provide at present. Rest assured, as soon as I have any updates about the repair schedule, our entire owner community will be the first to know.

Sleepers

As communicated previously, a full audit was completed when I arrived. The findings of this audit were shared with our central Health and Safety team, who have appointed a project management company to address the sleeper issues. Each area will be addressed as a part of the project, unfortunately I do not have a timescale at this time. As soon I have any updates, as with the street lights, I will be in contact to share the schedules. In the interim the resort team are on hand with a short term solution of sharp sand to cover, as and when required.

Festive Decorations

I sincerely apologise for the shortfall in meeting expectations. It’s important for me to clarify that the company engaged for the task this year was the same one as the previous years. We had opted for the identical festive package yet it appears that the outcome has not been as satisfactory.

I am grateful that some of our owners have brought this to my attention. Your feedback allows us to ensure a more captivating holiday decoration is in place next year.

We truly value the strong partnership we have with our property owners and we promise to strive even harder, to bring these issue to a close.
