The FBOA is aware that the tarmacing on Blue Anchor is nearing completion (on the units that are being done) and the quality is questionable. We are seeking to confirm how / if we can challenge the quality as this challenge would depend on who will is funding these works. That is, if these works lie in the service charge, then we can legitimately challenge the quality since we are paying for it. If, however, Away Resorts are funding this work then arguably it becomes much harder to challenge since it is their work on their land. We will keep @everyone updated as we are seeking confirmation ASAP as to where the costs will lie and any route of redress.
