Today we (Peter and I) met with Michaela and the key points are below:

• Michaela is clearly engaged with the FBOA and all owners and is working hard to develop a management structure that works for the Bay and to improve all aspects of the village
• We have emphasised that priority items for action are the grounds, facilities (especially the pool), trip advisor reviews (condition of letting properties they manage), external repair works and the TV system
• The list of external work from last weeks FBOA survey has been passed in full to the Bay and they are working through that list – with an aim for owners who reported issues on that survey (or previously reported individually) will get a personal update in the next few weeks
• Michaela is going to arrange a meeting with the FBOA membership by zoom where she will answer all questions that members may have and this will likely be in July

Overall a really positive meeting and it is clear that the will and desire to improve the Bay to what it was is there.
