Message from Tom to Meadows Owners……

We are pleased to inform you that the installation of the new entry and exit gates at The Meadows is now complete. The next step is to distribute new access fobs to all owners. (The FBOA have been asked to circulate this email as not all owner emails on the Meadows are getting through)

Fob Allocation & Collection

• Each owner on The Meadows development will receive one fob free of charge as part of the new system.
• If you require an additional fob, these are available for £50 each, which will be charged to your owner account.

How to Request an Additional Fob
If you would like to purchase an additional fob, please email tom.bird@awayresorts.co.uk with the following subject header “Additional Gate Fob Request” and details:

• Number of Additional Fobs Required:

Fob Collection
Once all fobs have been programmed, we will notify you via email when they are ready for collection from Guest Services. We expect them all to be ready before 1^st April 2025.

Please note that you will need to sign for your fob(s) upon collection. The owner only can collect the fob – no agent or cleaner will be able to collect one for you.
