Meter Reading Communal Buildings
Please know you are able to collect a key for the communal meter reading cupboards from guest services from the 4th January (this allows us time to have keys cut), these are required to be signed in and out, and returned in a timely manner. Any non returned keys will be charged to the Owner who signed the key out.

Meter Readings Generally – for apartments and cottages
If you require the Bay team to read your meter, these will be chargeable at £15, please contact the guest services team – please know this may take up to three working days.

Communal Block Readings already charged
If you have already been charged for a meter reading in the last month (apartments only) this will be refunded / removed from your account (if youve paid this). To arrange this please email kerry.fishburn@awayresorts.co.uk and this will be removed with no charge to pay. If you use The Bay team from January to do this service then the £15 will apply.
