Members may recall at the most recent FBOA / Colin meeting that the owner survey which was completed last year was “not available”. Colin has now “located” this survey and is working his way through it. He has said, however, that “it is for internal use only and will not be published. He will, moreover, be using the feedback to help management move forward”. The FBOA will be requesting a summary of the survey, the results and the actions.
